foobar2000 Unicode support

So there’s foobar2000 which claims to have “full Unicode support”. Well, I can prove within a minute it’s wrong. Let’s take a very basic cuesheet:

PERFORMER "Foo"
TITLE "Bar"
FILE "asd.wav" WAVE
  TRACK 01 AUDIO
    TITLE "Izé"
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

Save this as UTF-8 without BOM, load in foobar2000 and what will you get?

Yeah. Full Unicode support.
