To update an existing instance:

kf2.sh stop
kf2.sh update
kf2.sh init
kf2.sh config
kf2.sh start

There’s a bug in KF2 where it overrides Basic Auth with Form Auth after the first start, so to fix that, just re-apply your config again, it should stick after that:

kf2.sh stop
kf2.sh config
kf2.sh start
